YIDU JUNIORS V SENIORS

With many of the first choice scratch players being on holiday or on golfing excursions to warm climates a second choice scratch team were beaten by our new look Junior side who were fielding 5 debutants 5 ½ to 1 ½ .

Many thanks to the 26 players , the President , parents and supporters for turning out on a windy yet dry and mild Sunday afternoon .

Special thanks to all at Wheatley Golf Club whose course was in great condition considering the weather we have had.

The Juniors commence their YIDU league fixtures on Sunday April the 21st at Serlby Park golf club against the East Riding Union Juniors.

The First or scratch team commence their fixtures on May the 19th at Doncaster Golf Club against York .
