2nd TEAMS COMPETITION 2023

23 Teams turned out on a much cooler day than of late for the Second Teams Competition at Silkstone on Saturday. With the course being very hard in more ways than one low scoring was very difficult with only 5 golfers in the 70's. In the end it was the Abbeydale team of Carl Harrison, Nick Silverwood, Peter Stafford who came in late in the day to return a score of 241 and take the trophy. Second place went to Rotherham on 247, with last years winners Renishaw 3rd on 249

Best gross and winner of the Executive Trophy (Second Teams) with a score of 75 was Lees Hall's Josh Clayton

Well done to all taking part and thanks to Silkstone for hosting the event, for their hospitality, and their ground staff who presented us with an excellent course.
