SECOND WIN FOR OUR YIDU JUNIORS

On a sunny day the SUGC juniors played Teesside  juniors and had a very successful day winning the match 25 - 11.

The morning foursomes, with wins for Silman/Johnson 3/2, Goff/Swords 3/2, Rollitt/Nichols 5/4 and the debutants Evan Snook and Jonty Butcher 5/3 securing a lunch time lead of 8 - 4.

In the afternoon the singles gave us some excellent individual performances and some excellent golf, there were wins for Luke Schmidt 2 up, Aiden Silman 7/5, Loui Goff 5/3, Issac  Marks 4/3, Joel Johnson 4/3, Ashton rollitt 4/2, Jonty Butcher and Evan Snook completing a successful individual day with 6/4 and 3/1 wins, Finlay Nichols fought out a very good all square result to give the singles score of 17 - 7

The home players Aiden Silman, Joel Johnson, Evan Snook and Finlay Nichols contributing 15 out of a possible 16 points.

An excellent all-round performance with many encouraging signs for the near future
