TURNER SHIELD

On a cool but dry day a mix of Sheffield’s Amateur & Professionals took part in the 2021 Turner Shield at Hickleton Golf Club on Thursday 15th July. For most of the day home players Luke Palmowski & Lee Hopwood were top of the leader board only to be overtaken late on by 2019 winner Barclay Brown paired this time with Jim Tasker whose 73 was enough to win by 1shot. 3rd place went to Doncaster on 75
