TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP QUALIFIER

With rain falling steadily 15 teams arrived at a beautifully prepared Dore and Totley course attempting to be among the top 6 to qualify for the Team Championship at Wortley on Sunday 4th July.
In the end it was Waterfront who won the salver for first place. Their team of Gareth Chapman, Marco Cuartero, Luca Houlgate, and Dave Sanby returned an incredible 8 over par 296.
The remaining qualifiers were (in order of finishing) Hickleton, Silkston, Beauchief, Wortley, Hillsborough.

Best score of the day was Hickleton’s Tom Little with a terrific 2 under par 70.
