Lees Hall are the 2021 Junior Team Champions

The Junior Team Championship on Sunday at Hillsborough Golf Club was our first competition since pre Covid days, the weather gave us a bit of everything, from sun, to very cold wind and rain. Not to be deterred our juniors posted some great scores and, in the end, it was the Lees Hall Team of Ashton Rollitt, Kenna Liversidge, and Jake Charlesworth who with a score of 112 points took the title on count back from Phoenix. Rotherham were third with a score of 106 again on countback from Waterfront.

Lees Hall now qualify for the YIDU Junior Team Championship at Horsforth on July 11th.

Individual score of the day was a tremendous 45points by Ashton Rollitt.

Well done to all taking part and thanks to Hillsborough for hosting the event in these difficult times.
