INTERCLUB KO FOURSOMES RESULTS

Interclub KO Foursomes and Salver Finals:  Monday 26th August 2019

On a very warm afternoon at Lindrick Golf Club with the course looking and playing very well the stage was set for the Interclub 4somes and Salver finals.

The teams competing in the Interclub 4somes were,

Chesterfield, A. Norton, T. Russell, T. McVeigh, S. Brown, D Streets and I Goodwin. 

Hillsborough, P. Dooley, H. Mee, J. Hunt, R. Smith, M. Brown and I. Hampshire.

The Salver teams were,

Hickleton, J. Hewitt, D. James, M. Ellis, R. Roden, J. Little and P. Goodwin.

Sickleholme, A. Naylor, J. Mottram, S. Walters, J. Grant, D. Smith and M. Hulme.

All clubs were well supported with members and friends from their respected clubs.

The Salver was won by Sickleholme overcoming Hickleton 3 games to 0.

The Interclub 4somes was a close encounter with Hillsborough winning the first match and Chesterfield the last match. In the second match Hillsborough were two down with two to play and managed to half the match at the 18th.  With the game going into sudden death Chesterfield came out victorious on the 3rd extra hole.
