GREENKEEPERS COMPETITION

As a thank you for their hard work throughout the year the SUGC invites clubs to enter teams (greenkeeper & club member) to play in the Greenkeepers Competition. This year it was held at Tankersley GC and the winners were Chesterfield pair of Darren Coop & Kevin Naisbett with as magnificent score of 47points. In second place were Sickleholmes Matthew Holden & R Athorn with another great score of 45points. The competition was followed by a meal & prize presentation at which our President Dennis Clarke thanked them for their efforts in keeping their courses in such fine condition.
