BOOK NOW FOR JUNIOR TOUR FINAL EVENT

There are still some places left for the final fixture of the popular Peter Cowen Academy Junior Tour being staged at Forest Pines near Scunthorpe on October 30.

These events, supported by the Sheffield Union of Golf Clubs and sponsored by Callaway Europe and Rosehill Press, offer ideal competition for juniors of all ages and abilities.

There is also the allure of fabulous prizes for gross and net scores, nearest the pin, longest drive, as well as giveaways, food after the event and on-course refreshments.

Organiser Nick Huby, manager of the Peter Cowen Academy, said: “ This year’s Tour has been the most successful to date with up to 80 players competing in each one but we still have a few places for the final event so I suggest players book now.

“These competitions are not just for elite juniors they are open to all. Everybody is welcome to come an enjoy a fun day on a great course.”

The Tour, run annually, has four events, staged this year at Lindrick, Rotherham and Hallamshire and Forest Pines.
