TURNER SHIELD

Although the venue Doncaster Golf Club was in perfect condition, with Mediterranean weather conditions scoring well over two rounds was going to prove difficult. However Silkstone pair Jamie Gibson & Matt Wright returned two great rounds of 70 for a 140 total to win the magnificent Turner Shield by  3 strokes from Rotherham pair Sam Haywood & Ashley Lerigo.
